Introduction to REACH Regulation
REACH is the abbreviation for the European Union Regulation "Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals," Regulation No. (EC) 1907/2006. This regulation is a chemical regulatory system established by the European Union and implemented on June 1, 2007.
The REACH Directive requires all chemicals imported into or produced within the European Union to undergo a comprehensive set of procedures including registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction to better and more easily identify the components of chemicals in order to ensure environmental and human safety. The directive mainly covers registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction.

SVHC Testing Introduction
SVHC: Substance of Very High Concern. Under the REACH regulation, it is a collective term for a large class of hazardous substances, including carcinogens, teratogens, reproductive toxicants, and bioaccumulative substances.
The purpose of SVHC testing on articles is to determine whether the mass of a single SVHC in the article/the article's mass exceeds 0.1%, thereby conveying SVHC information to the recipient/consumer. Steps:
1) List the Bill of Materials (BOM) for the item.
2) Clarify the SVHC content of each material.
3) Accumulate the same SVHCs in different materials.
4) SVHC quality/item quality.
5) Provide an assessment conclusion (preferably with an assessment report).
