According to the provisions of the *Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China*, the *Import and Export Commodity Inspection Law of the People's Republic of China*, the *Implementation Regulations of the Import and Export Commodity Inspection Law of the People's Republic of China*, the *Regulations on the Administration of Product Quality Certification of the People's Republic of China*, and the *Regulations on the Administration of Compulsory Product Certification*, products listed in the catalog that have not obtained a compulsory product certification certificate and have not affixed the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) mark are prohibited from being manufactured, imported, or sold. The following is a list of products eligible for CCC certification, based on the China Compulsory Product Certification system:

I. Wires and Cables (5 types in total): Wire assemblies, mining rubber-sheathed flexible cables, AC rated voltage 3kV and below for railway locomotives and rolling stock, rated voltage 450/750V and below for rubber-insulated wires and cables, rated voltage 450/750V and below for PVC-insulated wires and cables.

III. Low-voltage Electrical Appliances (9 types in total)

Electric food processing appliances: household electric food processors and similar multi-functional food processors; Microwave Oven: A household appliance that uses electromagnetic energy in one or more ISM bands with frequencies above 300MHz to heat food and beverages; it may have coloring and steaming functions.

15. Electric Stove, Oven, Grill, and Similar Appliances: Including household electric stoves, separate fixed grills, ovens, countertop electric stoves, stove burners, grill racks and baking trays, and built-in ovens and grill racks.

16. Range Hood: A household appliance installed above household cooking appliances and stoves, equipped with a fan, light, and control regulators for extracting and removing cooking fumes from the kitchen.

17. Liquid Heaters and Hot/Cold Water Dispensers;

18. Electric Rice Cooker: An automatic keep-warm or timer-type electric rice cooker that uses electric heating elements.

VIII. Audio-Visual Equipment (excluding broadcast-grade audio equipment and car audio equipment) (16 types in total)

Single and multi-speaker active speakers with a total output power of 500W (RMS) or less; audio power amplifiers; tuners; radios of various broadcast bands; audio and video recording, playback, and processing equipment of various media (including various optical discs and magnetic tapes); and combinations of the above equipment; power adapters for audio-visual equipment; color television receivers of various imaging methods; monitors (excluding car television receivers); black and white television receivers and other monochrome television receivers; cathode ray tubes; video recorders; satellite television broadcast receivers; electronic keyboards; antenna amplifiers; and cable distribution systems and components for sound and television signals.
